The sale on this site is governed by these Conditions of Sale (according to Italian law and in particular the D.Lgs 70/2003 with reference to electronic commerce and the D.Lgs 206/2005 with specific reference to the legislation about distance contracts) Before submitting the order please read carefully the conditions of sale as identified above and the information contained here. The order sent by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the current conditions of sale.

Terms of sale

The sales prices of the products published on the site www.chiantirock.com include VAT and FREE SHIPPING.
The purchase of wine and of every kind of alcoholic drinks alcohol is permitted only to people older than 18 (eighteen) years.
For each order Tancrediwines will issue an invoice sent by e-mail to the Customer according to art. 14 DPR 445/00 and dl 52/2004.
The personal details supplied by the customer with the order will be included in the invoice. No change will be possible after the issuance of the invoice.

The correct delivery of the order is confirmed by using Pay Pal email response sent automatically by the system, together with the confirmation that there will be a transaction number which then is equivalent to the order number and has to be communicated to info@chiantirock.com, with the correct address for the shipment of goods.

This confirmation message will report all personal and purchase information entered by the customer, who undertakes to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections.
By placing the order on the site www.chiantirock.com the customer declares to have read the terms and conditions of sale and payment offered and of the entire purchase process.

With express reference to art. 3 and 4 of Dlgs 185/89 the customer will receive, via e-mail, all information necessary to identify the seller and the customer will keep the e-mail together with acceptance of the contract.

Shipping to Italy

The wine is purchased on www.chiantirock.com is sent only to customers older than 18.
For our deliveries we have decided to charge safe and reliable carriers.
The delivery of products will be within a maximum of 4 (four) working days from the confirmation of the purchase order.
Deliveries will take place within a maximum of 4 (four) working days from the shipment of goods.
The customer will be informed by mail together with the shipment of goods.
The deadlines are guaranteed by the carrier and do not cover the period from 20/12/2011 to 06/01/2012. At the time of shipment an email will be sent containing the information to check the status of shipment

We use reliable and environmentally safe packaging.
The entire package is 100% recyclable.
Always check that the number and condition of packages, otherwise, the dispute should be made to the carrier immediately, giving us details of the accident.

Terms & refund
All purchases on the site www.chiantirock.com are subjected to the discipline of the D.Lgs. 206/05, about distance contracts.

As expressed in the Community legislation on Right of Return, www.chiantirock.com provides that this right exists for people only (consumers) and cannot be asked by legal persons and consumers acting for purposes related to a business.

In all cases where we can apply the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract within 10 working days from the delivery of the goods, returning it to www.chiantirock.com, which will refund the price of the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products (sealed and delivered by www.chiantirock.com) that have been opened or damaged by the consumer.
The right of withdrawal is recognized by www.chiantirock.com with advance notice expressing the desire to withdraw the goods; that intention must be communicated by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 10 working days from the delivery of the goods. The letter should be addressed to:

The letter must contain the following details and documents:

a declaration of willingness to implement the right of withdrawal;
a copy of the confirmation email sent in advance;
in case of partial withdrawal, indicate amount and type of goods that will be returned
bank details where to send the refund. The refund will be sent as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receipt of the returned goods.

The shipping of products returned to www.chiantirock.com has to be provided inside the original packages.

www.chiantirock.com also reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise when it is not received in the original packaging.
The goods must be sent with costs charged to the consumer within max 10 days from delivery to the following address:

What to do in case of breakage
In case of breakage or tampering of the package, the customer must refuse to accept the goods from the carrier and it will be promptly replaced and sent again to the customer.
In any case www.chiantirock.com will replace the broken packages at his own expense: the cost of replacement of the product and return are entirely charged to www.chiantirock.com, following the principle satisfied or repaid
